Legacy Lake House

This is a new construction project for a client who owned a previous house on the property for many years but decided it was time for something new. Many years of family trips to the original home make this site a treasured place. This house has all the things one would hope for at a Lake Michigan beach house: beach vibes, light and bright, fire pit, sandy backyard, etc.
